NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
MONDAY, MAY 13, 2024, AT 7:00 P.M.

BARNSTABLE TOWN HALL, 2ND FLOOR, 367 MAIN STREET, HYANNIS, MA
SUBDIVISION NO. 828 – DEFINITIVE SUBDIVISION – 307 MAIN STREET, HYANNIS, MA
The Planning Board acting under the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Chapter 41,
Sections 81A, through 81GG, Subdivision Control and all amendments thereto and Chapter 801,
Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Barnstable you are hereby notified of a Public Hearing on
Monday, May 13, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the James H. Crocker, Jr. Hearing Room located in Barnstable
Town Hall, 2nd Floor, 367 Main Street, Hyannis, MA. The public may attend and provide comment in
person. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the application for a Definitive Subdivision at 307 Main
Street, Hyannis, MA, Subdivision No. 828. The plan for this subdivision is entitled “307 Main Street
Definitive Subdivision Plan in Hyannis, MA”, prepared for WinnDevelopment Company, LP, prepared
by Beals and Thomas dated April 11, 2024. The subject properties are shown on Assessors Map 327
Parcel 103.
The application is submitted by WinnDevelopment Company LP. The request is to subdivide a lot of land
into five multifamily residential lots in Hyannis. To create the Definitive Subdivision of Land, the
applicant has requested certain waivers to Chapter 801, Subdivision Regulations of the Town of
Barnstable as defined in the application provided.
Alternative public access to this meeting shall be provided in the following manner:1. The meeting will
be televised via Channel 18 and may be viewed via the Channel 18 website at
http://streaming85.townofbarnstable.us/CablecastPublicSite/

2. Documentary exhibits and/or visual presentations should be submitted in advance of the meeting to
Karen.pina@town.barnstable.ma.us, so that they may be displayed for remote public access viewing.
