Thank you for your email. Your Ɵming is not a problem for me, I am just glad to hear that you are ok and on the mend.
Your leƩer and supplemental informaƟon are perfect, thank you. I noted that you did not menƟon the trailer so I will in
this response. My understanding is that your clients are using the trailer in accordance with the 20 day by-right
provisions of our ordinance and not exercising their 40A exempƟon to leave it there longer. That too is saƟsfactory to
Barnstable. I would just ask that if the Baird’s decide in the future to stay in the trailer longer, that they communicate
that to us in their annual permit as the Town can require reasonable regulaƟons regarding its locaƟon on the lot. I do
not foresee making any specific requests at this Ɵme, but a review should take place in that event.
With that, I consider the enforcement maƩer abated and will direct staff to close the case out and document the file
with your leƩer and this email response.

My apology for sending the attached correspondence the day before our Zoning Hearing
tomorrow night. I intended to send it a couple of weeks ago, but I came down with COVID two
weeks ago (for the second time), and I lost a week of work and I am playing catch up.

Please let me know if you can review this material and get back to me sometime before the
ZBA hearing. If we agree that there is no violation, we can dismiss the appeal.
I will be in the office all day on Wednesday and available for a call anytime.
