JAMES H. CROCKER, JR. HEARING ROOM BARNSTABLE TOWN HALL, 2ND FLOOR, 367 MAIN STREET, HYANNIS, MA SUBDIVISION NO. 829 – DEFINITIVE SUBDIVISION OLD STAGE ROAD AND PARKER LANE WEST BARNSTABLE, MA To all persons deemed interested in the Planning Board acting under the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Chapter 41, Sections 81A, through 81GG, Subdivision Control and all amendments thereto and Chapter 801, Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Barnstable you are hereby notified of a Public Hearing on Monday, June 10, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the James H. Crocker, Jr. Hearing Room located in Barnstable Town Hall, 2nd Floor, 367 Main Street, Hyannis, MA. The public may attend and provide comment in person. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the application for a Definitive Subdivision at Old Stage Road and Parker Lane in West Barnstable, MA, Subdivision No. 829. The plan for this subdivision is entitled “Definitive Subdivision Plan of Land on Old Stage Road and Parker Lane in Barnstable, MA. Relocation of Parker Lane on Proposed Lots 1 & 2”, prepared for Larry Nickulas, prepared by Gallagher Engineering, dated January 5, 2024. The subject properties are shown on Assessors Map 152 Parcel 110 and 006. The application is submitted by owner Larry Nickulas. The request is to relocate Parker Lane and reconfigure and subdivide two lots of land into two residential lots in West Barnstable. To create the Definitive Subdivision of Land, the applicant has requested certain waivers to Chapter 801, Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Barnstable as defined in the application provided. Alternative public access to this meeting shall be provided in the following manner: 2 1. The meeting will be televised live via Xfinity Channel 8 or high definition Channel 1072. It may also be accessed via the Government Access Channel live stream on the Town of Barnstable’s website: http://streaming85.townofbarnstable.us/CablecastPublicSite/watch/1?channel=1 2.
