Dear Commissioners:
The Massachusetts Department of Marine Fisheries (MA DMF) is writing to request a
one-week extension for submitting a comment letter on the Notice of Intent by
Raymond Martin to install an access stairway, pier, ramp, and float, and remove four
trees and vista prune in the same general area of the proposed access stairs at 40
Bay Road in the Town of Barnstable.
We understand this project is scheduled for the public hearing tonight. However, MA
DMF has just received the project documents.
