Subject: TOB DPW Engineering Department Review of Updated Definitive Subdivision Plan
828 – 307 Main Street, Hyannis
We have completed a review of the updated application materials provided for the above
referenced definitive subdivision application which included the following documents:
· Beals and Thomas Response Letter, dated May 28, 2024.
· Plan titled “307 MAIN STREET DEFINITIVE SUBDIVISION PLAN IN HYANNIS,
MASSACHUSETTS (BARNSTABLE COUNTY) Subdivision Number 828”
Prepared by Beals and Thomas, Inc. dated April 11, 2024, and revised May
Per Town Comments 28, 2024. Referred to herein as “Plan”.
· Stormwater Management Report 307 Main Street, Hyannis, Massachusetts, dated
April 11, 2024. Amended May 28, 2024.
The aforementioned documents were reviewed for compliance with the Town of
Barnstable Subdivision Regulations and best engineering practices. Our only outstanding
comment from the previous review memorandum, dated May 13, 2024 of this application
is provided below.
· A cross-section profile should be provided for the end of the proposed road for STA 2+00
to STA 2+29.

Before the Application for Definitive Subdivision Plan and Definitive Subdivision Plan
submittals can be accepted the outstanding comment should be addressed. Please make the
requested plan and application changes and then resubmit for additional review.
