Call came into DS personal cell at 4:20PM on 12/3/14. Dispatcher stated she called my cell as
there was no answer at the Health Division and she just left a message. DS went to said location.
Met with Captain Beal. A resident called to state there was an oil sheen on the roadway. Less then
10 gallons. Barnstable fire had put absorbent boom around the catch basins as it was raining. Very
little product remaining when.DS was there and the rain was supposed to pick up drastically. Bob
Murphy DEP notified by Fire. DS and Capt. Beal will follow up on 12/4/14.
