Gentlemen:
The Board of Health approves this subdivision subject to the
following stipulations:
Test holes in area indicated good probability for indiv-
idual sewage systems; however, each individual lot must
have a percolation test at the leaching site before a
building permit will be issued.
Town water must be made available to each lot.
Each proposed septic system must conform strictly to Article XI
of the Massachusetts State Sanitary Code and Town of Barnstable
Rules and Regulations.
