Lamb ana Lion Inn February 6,2005 Mr.Yhomas Geiler: I address this letter to you as I am exploring the possibility of adding a commercial kitchen to the Lamb and Lion Inn at 2504 Main Street,Barnstable(Map&Parcel 257- 003). I would like to create a commercial kitchen in the space that is currently being used as a seasonal gift shop. This commercial kitchen would give me the ability to serve my houseguests a full breakfast. I am presently limited to a continental breakfast because of the configuration of my current kitchen. We would also like to design it so that we have the ability to give cooking classing to our houseguests. While I anticipate that this will be a shoulder and off-season activity, I would like to explore the possibility of using the commercial kitchen for preparation of food for off-premise catering. I thought this might be helpful,though I understand your primary concern is the floor plan. You had asked a few other questions in your voicemail: 1. The intention is for the property to be owner-occupied; 2. We are going to stick with the 10 Units/10 Lodgers as on the prior 2020 certificate; and 3.
