However, all of the tenants are being evicted for non-payment of rent or for sale purposes. Currently we are in the process of selling the property and one of the conditions is to completely refurbish each unit. As we move forward, please contact me with any additional problems. The following violations of 105 CMR 410 . 000 , State Sanitary Code, Minimum Standards of Fitness for Human Habitation were observed : Regulation 105 CMR 410.552 : Screens for Doors. No screens were provided on the doors . The owner shall provide a screen door for all doorways; opening directly to the outside from any dwelling unit or rooming unit where the ;screen door will be permitted to slide to the side or- open in an outward direction. Said screen door shall be tight-fitting as to prevent to entrance of insects and rodents around the perimeter . Regulation 105 CMR 410-550 (B) = Extermination of Insects.
