In response to your letter to me dated September 18, 1989 (copy attached) I
want to address the issues you put forth. ,
The property is in need of repair and I do not doubt your inspection.
However, all of the tenants are being evicted for non-payment of rent or for
sale purposes. Currently we are in the process of selling the property and
one of the conditions is to completely refurbish each unit.
As we move forward, please contact me with any additional problems. We have a
property management company in place and they will handle corrections to any
violations.

Dear. Mr. Ursini. :
On Monday, September 11 , 1989 , Donna Miorandi , Health
Inspector for the Town of Barnstable, inspected your dwelling
located at 3512 Maid Street., Barnstable, Massachusetts due to
a complaint . The following violations of 105 CMR 410 . 000 ,
State Sanitary Code, Minimum Standards of Fitness for Human
Habitation were observed :
Regulation 105 CMR 410.552 : Screens for Doors. No screens
were provided on the doors . The owner shall provide a screen
door for all doorways; opening directly to the outside from
any dwelling unit or rooming unit where the ;screen door will
be permitted to slide to the side or- open in an outward
direction. Said screen door shall be tight-fitting as to
prevent to entrance of insects and rodents around the
perimeter .
Regulation 105 CMR 410-550 (B) = Extermination of Insects.
Many insect's in doorway; and common hallway. The owner of a
dwelling containing two or more dwelling uIlitt :shall maintain
it and its premises free from all rodents , skunks ,
cockroaches and insect: infestation and shall be responsible
for exterminating them.
You may request a hearing if written petition requesting same
-is received by the Board of Health t,=1th irz seven ;7) days of
receipt, of this notice .
Non-compliance may result in a fine of up to $500 . Each
