employees are parking behind his building.
Mary says he is rumming a business out of his
house. His house is off of Mary Dunn Road and
Althera Drive in Cummaqid.

Complaint Description: Every two to three weeks septic needs to be
pumped by Robinson's Septic. Septic over-
flows and is cleaned up by the disabled clients.
Clients are bused over to use the bathrooms
over at Stop & Shop or Bradlee's
Actions Taken/Results: Talked to employee of Nauset
Workshop, about the on site septic system.
System is being pumped every two to three
weeks. System was installed initially in 1974 an
dupgraded with 15 galleys in 1993.Jerry said
system was for 150,000 gal per year and the
use has been up to 500,000 gal per year. A
member of the board of trustee was in to try to
address the reason for the frequent pumping
and the large use of water. One possible use of
water is that some of the clients in the workshop
like to see the water run and therefore leave
the faucet running and flush the toilet many
times. I suggested that they install some kind of
limited water flow control.

ORDER TO COMPLY WITH THE TOWN OF BARNSTABLE BOARD OF HEALTH'S
NUISANCE CONTROL REGULATION NUMBER ONE and Article XXXIX,Management of
Hazardous Materials.
The property owned by you located at 939 Mary Dunn Road was inspected on April 17, 1998,by Glen
Harrington,Health Inspector for the Town of Barnstable,because of a complaint. The following
violations of the Nuisance Control Regulation Number One Regulation and Article XXXIX were
observed:
Several abandoned mattresses,appliances,furniture,and paint cans observed on the ground.
Article 39 Section 5: Storage-Twelve(12)bags of suspect asbestos-containing material(ACM)
observed on the ground. Subsequent samples/analysis of said material confirmed the presence of
asbestos. (Results attached).
You are directed to correct these violations by contacting a licensed asbestos abate a licensed
asbestos abatement,hauler and disposal company to remove the ACM within seven(7)days of this
order letter. You are also ordered to remove the above listed abandoned materials within seven(7)
days of this order letter. Please submit bill of lading manifests to our Department upon disposal.
You may request a hearing if written petition requesting same is received by the Board of Health within
seven(7)days after the date order is received. However,this violation must be corrected regardless of
any request for a hearing.
Please be advised that failure to comply with an order could result in a fine of not more than$500. Each
separate day's failure to comply with an order shall constitute a separate violation.

You are also subject to non criminal citations of$40.00 for the first violation and$15.00 for each
additional violation. Tickets will be issued daily until the violations are corrected.
