The present sewage disposal system serving the home of Priscilla C. Crane off Scudder's Lane, Barnstable, appears to be inade- quate, and is in violation of the present regulations as a continuing nonconforming use.. The enclosed plan is proposed to provide a satisfactory system working within the confines of the existing property,. The system consists of a collector and pumping scheme to move the sewage to a 1,250 gallon septic tank located in the highest available elevation of the lot connecting to two leaching fields which will be a minimum of 75 feet from the marsh. The existing system will be discontinued and filled with sand.. Two variances are requested with the above plan: 1. Two buildings on one system. 2.
