Dear Members of the Board:
On behalf of the applicant, WinnDevelopment Company, LP, we have updated the Definitive
Plan to address comments raised by the Town of Barnstable DPW Engineering Department in
their memorandum dated June 10, 2024. We have provided the original comment in italics
and response in bold font for ease of review by the Board and town staff.
Barnstable DPW Engineering Department:
A cross section profile should be provided for the end of the proposed road for STA 2+00
to STA 2+29.
We have provided a cross-section for STA 2+25 to show that gutter flow is
maintained along the outer curbline.
We look forward to reviewing the proposed Definitive Plan with the Board at their
June 24, 2024 hearing. Should you have any questions, please contact our office.
