Hi Kevin,
I sent a certified letter which you should be receiving shortly. I have attached a copy for your convenience.
Please know that you have been without a legal right to occupy the licensed premises since May 1st so it would
be within the Licensing’s Authority jurisdiction to cancel your license. I would recommend speaking with your
legal counsel and be sure to come to the meeting next week to discuss your plans with the board. I have
attached a copy of the agenda for your convenience. I did send a copy to two email addresses I had for Jessica.

We have not found a new location yet. We heard from a friend that he watched last meeting and town was going to
make us relinquish license and we never received the certified letter from town ?

I am sorry to hear the news that you have closed. In order to close your file I will need a letter
(email) from you stating that you have closed permanently and that you are relinquishing your
alcohol license.
