Please see below comments from the Waterway’s Commi ee mee ng, 06-25-2024
1. Kathleen K and Wallace S Grove, Trustees, 944 Main Street, Cotuit, MA 02635,
Map 035/094. The applicant proposes to replace the exis ng concrete bulkhead
which is failing with a vinyl bulkhead. The plan is to raise the bulkhead one foot
higher than the exis ng bulkhead to improve storm damage protec on.
WWC and Harbormaster Staff was in approval for this proposal.
2. Lukatsky, Edward and Lana, 129 Hayes Road, Centerville, MA 02632, Map
210/095. The applicant proposes to permit an exis ng seasonal pier
configura on which has been modified from SE3-2195. Originally approved for 3’
X 68.5’. The exis ng seasonal pier sec ons have a total length of 70’ with a
por on overlapping the exis ng steps and wall.
WWC and Harbormaster Staff was in approval for this proposal.
