We are respectfully submitting our observations and concerns regarding the application and plans
submitted for 56 Red Wing Lane.
The first observation is that the application appears to have been submitted incomplete in that square
footage is not indicated for the structures, and the plans are not in color so it makes it difficult to
visualize how the property will appear in color and scale. The house appears to be much larger
compared with other properties in the area.
Are there going to be any outdoor lighting fixtures? If so, where are they on the plans? Is the front door
design appropriate for the area, and what color would it be?
We realize the plans are preliminary, but the design itself lacks the character and design fitting the
historic architecture in our district. We have attached photographs of houses in the immediate area for
architectural and atheistic reference.
