Gentlemen: The Board of Health recommends approval of this preliminary subdivision plan with the following conditions: The Planning Board shall endorse on the definitive plan, when .tubmitted, the following language: The installation of a private water supply and a private sewage 'disposal system on a lot containing an area less than 40,000 square feet of buildable land is prohibited, subject to variance-, as contained in Board of Health Regulation effective April 12 , 1974, revised October 22 , 1974. Prior to Board of Health approval of sewage Disposal Works Construction Permits and building permits, each lot must conform to all Board of Health regulations. The Board strongly recommends the Planning Board require, as authorized in paragraph L, of section 4, of the Town of- Barnstable Sub-Division Rules and Regulations, that the developer furnish plans and install water mains throughout the subdivision. _ A percolation test must be made on each lot, at leaching site, before a building per will be issued. Each proposed septic system must con- form strictly� to Title 5 , State Environmental Code, and Town of Barnstable Rules and Regulations.
