The property has a bordering vegetated wetland occupying approximately 18,000 SF of the property. The distance from the front property line to the B.V.W. is approximately 110 . The edge of clearing is roughly 5' - 10' from the BMW There are 3 cesspools which will be pumped, filled with sand and abandoned. The developed yard is comprised of lawn, shrubs, paved driveway and 3 bedroom house. The proposed septic system will be located between the house and the front property line to achieve maximum feasible compliance to Title 5 and Local Regulations.
