As a long term (70+ years) resident of Second Way, it is my pleasure to write in favor of the
Andryauskas’ new construction. The architectural plans, which have been graciously shared
with neighbors, illustrates the owners’ commitment to maintaining architectural compatibility
with the historic neighborhood. The Andryauskas’ new design will meet the needs of the
owners and at the same time visually blend into the community.
