I am writing this email to withdraw without prejudice the 85 Old Shore Road project
scheduled for tomorrow’s Conservation Commission meeting. This withdrawal without
prejudice is requested based on the abutter notice letter not being issued in a timely
manner.
This project will be refiled with Conservation for a future meeting.
