Home My WebLink About2024-09-05 Provincetown LCP Hyrbid NOTICE: To view the posting date/time and materials related to agenda items, please visit the Cape Cod Commission’s official posting location at www.capecodcommission.org/meetingnotices Hybrid Public Hearing CAPE COD COMMISSION The Cape Cod Commission will hold a hybrid public hearing on Thursday, September 5, 2024 @ 3:00 p.m. to consider the Commission certification of The Town of Provincetown, Local Comprehensive Plan, which was adopted at Town Meeting on April 1, 2024 and will be reviewed by the Commission pursuant to Section 9 of the Cape Cod Commission Act and Section IV of the Commission’s Local Comprehensive Plan regulations. Note: The meeting will be held in a hybrid format, both in person and virtually, with some members participating remotely, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended. The meeting can be attended by using any of the following methods:     • By attending in person at the Mary Pat Flynn Conference Room, 3195 Main Street, Barnstable, MA 02630 • Online by clicking on the following link: www.capecodcommission.org/ccc/join passcode: join Participants wishing to speak should click the “Raise Hand” icon on the lower toolbar to notify the chair. In some versions of Zoom, "Raise Hand" is under the "More" icon. The chair will recognize participants. • Calling in to (929) 205-6099 and entering meeting ID 968 0382 0087 Phone participants wishing to speak should press *9 to notify the chair.  All interested persons will have an opportunity to comment at the hearing. Written comments may also be submitted by mail to the Cape Cod Commission, P.O. Box 226, 3225 Main St. Barnstable, MA 02630 or online using the form located at https://capecodcommission.org/comment. The Local Comprehensive Plan and other related materials may be accessed for review at www.capecodcommission.org/ccc and are also available for public inspection at the Commission’s office during normal business hours.
