Dear Ms. Karle and Commissioners,
On behalf of the Applicant, Wilkinson Ecological Design Inc. requests permission to extend the Order of
Conditions permit DEP file #SE3-5915, for an additional one-year in order to continue the management of the
target invasive/non-native plant species throughout the project area in addition to continuing the monitoring and
maintenance of the establishing native plant species prior to closing the Order of Conditions.
Order of Conditions #SE3-5915 was issued on 10/6/2021 and is set to expire on 10/6/2024.
