TENANT BUILDING SIGNAGE CRITERIA The Landing at Hyannis: Tenant Building Signage
2
The Signage Criteria outlined here shall regulate total allowable signage area, location, and illumination
of tenant building signs at The Landing at Hyannis. While each tenant designs, permits, and installs its
own building signage, The Landing at Hyannis has a rigorous internal pre-approval process to ensure
consistent and thoughtful design that is cohesive with the architectural aesthetic that The Landing seeks
to achieve. Specifically, tenant signs are subject to the applicant’s Tenant Design Manual, which provides
additional detail to guide individually prepared tenant building signs, including standards for or methods
for attachment and storefront details. Before any tenant may apply to the Building Commissioner for its
sign permit, The Landing at Hyannis’ or property’s Tenant Coordinator works closely with the tenant to
ensure conformance with the both the Tenant Design Manual and this Signage Criteria.
