Best Management Practices for the removal of invasive plant species found on this property, on the coastal
bank, according to the Barnstable Wetland Regulation. The eradication, maintenance, and replacing of
invasive plants with native species which has been planned, initiated, and completed. Some light understory
pruning of lower branches will be necessary to allow sunlight to pass through and updating the vista corridor
(established in 2016). The various areas of specific invasive species management shall be re-vegetated with a
specific list of native replacement vegetation after completion of invasive species eradication.
