I am writing because I am concerned and appalled at the proposed plan of the Livingston's to demolish
yet another existing house on Rendezvous Ln, and then build a Much larger house on that lot. They
already own a home on the lane, and plan to build this one for their college age daughter. The existing
house has been there my entire lifetime...a sweet house, built in the early 1900's, that fits well on the
small lot. They plan to tear it down, and build a Much larger house, that will entirely fill the lot, and that
will not fit into the look and feel of this historic part of the lane. I don't understand their desire to
destroy another part of our lane, especially as they hardly ever visit during the year. Unlike many of us
who live full time on the lane, and love it just the way it is.
