SE3-6100 Please forward this email to the Commissioners and copy the meeng material. The County is in the process of mobilizing to complete the approved dredging of the Cotuit Bay Entrance Channel. DPW received the pre-dredge survey and found that a small shoal will be le to the west of the channel upon compleon. DPW is concerned that this may pose a risk to navigaon, so they are pursuing an emergency authorizaon from the various regulatory agencies to seek approval to remove the shoal while the dredging is on-going. As you can see in the below email chain, Paul Marsala from Foth (copied on this email) has been discussing this maer with DEP and they suggested seek a leer of support from Conservaon.
