1.Why is extension being requested? Proposed work had been delayed for unforeseen
circumstances. Construction is progressing now.
2.What parts of project are completed? The foundation, framing, roofing, siding, rough
electrical and plumbing, insulation, bluebird, plaster and finish trim are done, Additionally,
flooring, tile, etc. are done.
3 . What parts of project are not completed? Include estimated completion date.
Interior finish, painting, plumbing, electrical. Grading, Landscaping, plantings, etc.
The Estimated completion date would potentially be sometime late 2026.
4.Are completed parts of project in compliance with the approved plan and Order of
