This request is based on the Building Department's position that it shall not pursue strict enforcement given the imminent implementation of Session Law, Acts of 2024 Chapter 150. Note, we are not withdrawing the appeal or asking for its dismissal, just a continuance of today's hearing. It is my understanding that I shall need to go to your office today to execute the appropriate form.
