Dear Ms. Karle and Commission Members:
On behalf of our clients, Leonard I. Zon and Lynda C. Schneider , we hereby request a
three (3) year extension to the Order of Conditions for the above-referenced project.
The reason for the extension request is to allow additional time to evaluate the existing rock
revetment; to determine the level of repair for sink holes occurring behind the revetment on
the coastal bank, that is to be fully revegetated with mitigation plantings, as part of the upland
redevelopment project.
The following documents are provided as attachments:
