Bates, Trustees 102 Bridge Street Realty Trust 102 Bridge Street, Osterville Map 116 Parcel 001 The project site consists of approximately .29 of an acre of land in Osterville, The site consists of a single family dwelling dating back to 1920. The wetland resource at the site Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage. The project as proposed is to demolish the existing single family dwelling, the existing attached garage will remain, and construct new single family dwelling, pool and all associated appurtenances. All work is located within Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage. The site is not located within a Velocity Zone or Coastal A Zone. The proposed work should have no adverse impact on the Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowages ability to absorb or dampen wave impacts, buffer more inland areas, or displace or divert flood waters. The work will not cause or create the likelihood of damage by debris to other structures, cause ground of surface pollution, or adversely impact areas that could be suitable for the inland migration of salt marsh. The proposed pool is specified as being ozone disinfection or an approved equivalent, a drywell is proposed for stormwater runoff from the pool and drawdown.
