Two copies of the application and supporting documents shall be submitted to and stamped by the Town Clerk at 367 Main Street, Hyannis. (1) copy shall be left with the Town Clerk and (1) copy shall be left with the Planning & Development Department. Check made payable to the Town of Barnstable. The applicant shall pay the cost of the required two advertisements in the local newspaper. Separate check made payable to the Town of Barnstable.
