Virtual Hearing
CAPE COD COMMISSION
A subcommittee of the Cape Cod Commission will hold a virtual public hearing on the following Project on
Monday, December 9, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. The Project has been referred to the Cape Cod Commission as a
mandatory Development of Regional Impact (DRI) pursuant to Sections 12 & 13 of the Cape Cod
Commission Act, as amended. At the hearing, the subcommittee will hear, discuss, and assemble the record
on the Project and may vote to make a recommendation to the full Commission. The full Commission may
then vote on the Project.
Project: Wilkens Housing Phase II (CCC File No: 24026)
Project Applicant/Owner: Wilkens Lane Properties, LLC
Project Location: Wilkens Lane, Barnstable
Map/Parcel: Map 296, Parcel 039-001
Project Description: The applicant is proposing a 320-unity multifamily development with five
buildings and accessory structures on 15.1 acres
Note: The hearing will be held virtually, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter
2 of the Acts of 2023

in advance of the meeting.
All interested persons will have an opportunity to comment at the hearing. Written comments may also be
submitted by mail to the Cape Cod Commission, P.O. Box 226, 3225 Main St. Barnstable, MA 02630 or online
using the form located at https://capecodcommission.org/comment. The DRI application including a map
showing the location of the subject property and other project materials may be accessed for review at
www.capecodcommission.org/ccc and is also available for public inspection at the Commission’s office
during normal business hours.
