Community College Master Plan Area
▪Explore opportunities for housing to support student and faculty around the college and by the Park & Ride
▪The 4 C's map area appears to be encompassing state highway/Rt.6 property in the southeast part of the
crosshatched area. Also west of Rt.132 appears to be wrongly added to the 4 C's area. That is the YMCA and
Cape Cod Conservatory and Burger King and Mobil gas station land. Please clean up and shrink this area to the
correct size.

both commercial and recreational uses.

Protect Water Quality
▪There should be a comprehensive plan for the regular maintenance of the Cotuit channel and the refreshment of
the east end of Dead Neck with the accrued sand at the Cotuit end
▪Mashpee is attempting to clean up Poponessett Bay, but no one is taking care of Shoestring Bay, which is already
shellfish restricted and increases in algae and bacteria each year. Consider feasibility of restoring herring run in
the Twin Brooks watershed.

improved with sewer as defined in the Town’s Comprehensive Wastewater Management Plan (CWMP)
